I don't have beef with him giving out armor, I think that is a fun and good mechanic. My beef is how much he's giving out.

I think its fine given that it's an actual resource thing. Like often you have to kinda venture out your comfort zone a bit to collect scrap.

Yeah, if it was purely a cooldown I'd get antsy about it, but the Swedish midget having to actually venture out and get involved in fights balances things out I think.

There are few things as satisfying as switching to Reinhardt during an escort that's gone off the rails, and walking that loving car to the objective with everyone else fighting around you. Won two different games in OT that way last night. This game is good.

Torbjorn's gun is fantastic. Pretty sure it uses the Hanzo hit box with its primary fire, does decent damage, and can be spammed at choke points. That alone is pretty decent, but it also has a shotgun secondary fire just in case anyone gets close. It's a big gently caress you to attackers. Between that and his turret you're basically guaranteed gold eliminations and damage, even if your team loses.

Torb is such a great pick for either offense or defense. He's really shined on King of the hill maps for me. Slam a turret down (upgrade it if its safe!) and go to town with the shotgun bolt pistol all the while hucking armour packs at your allies. Friendly mei tip to new mei players: hit your icewall button a second time to change the orientation. Also feel free to spam your right click all over the place, it does a good amount of damage on a headshot. Like if you're close enough it'll 1-shot tracer, and even just taking 100+ damage is enough to make other people start to scramble. Once you get used to it you can plink pharah out of the air pretty well. Edit: torb is goddamn terrible on offense and koth unless you really know what you're doing. Also it relies on your opponents not just destroying your face off.

Defense on Volskaya: Mercy, Reinhardt, Symmetra, McCree, Hanzo, Reinhardt. I felt bad for the attacking team, none of them even made it through the door and McCree + Symturrets cleaned up the Tracers. I was instaressing Hanzo just to give myself something to do.

Has anyone said the Mei is good and fun recently? Also knowing that nerds shake with rage when you freeze then icicle them in the face is good and fun also. I do think her ultimate could be mad gooder and funner though. Maybe they could weaken it and just make it an ability with a cool down and give her a brand new ultimate that is good and fun.

I feel like accuracy is a weird stay in a game like this. Like some characters you will want to be as accurate as possible all the time, but there are definitely characters where using your gun as an area denial tool even if you don't hit people can be just as useful (d.va, junk rat, bastion) because you funnel the enemy team into going a different direction if they realize you have an area covered

That's it, I'm literally never playing Lucio again. He might be one of the strongest heroes in the game at the moment, but every game with him is just mind-numbingly boring. It's funny how he's kinda advertised as an offensive support, but his guns do diddly-squat for damage, so your entire purpose during a match is just to stay alive and be an aura bot for your team. My solo queue enjoyment improved significantly as soon as I stopped picking him, even if the team was missing a support.

I've been playing Mercy when I go support exactly for this reason. Except on Lijiang tower, that's all Lucio all the time because I like to doot people off ledges.
