Huge_Midget posted:Yes it's real. IMS is loving massive. It has the largest seating capacity of any venue on earth. It holds 350,000 people officially. You don't appreciate it until you are there and realize the straights are over a half mile long. Here is a picture that helps with the sense of scale. I've been to the Indy 500, and it's crazy how many people there are. A lot of people bus in and there's cars parked for miles around. A vendor of ours inherited box seats which are on the bottom straight to the right of turn 4, it was pretty impressive but you don't really see much. They are so fast and the straight is so long you only see them for a few seconds.

Yes but it's a Citroen DS, so if it was done properly they can just jack it up on the hydraulic suspension. In reality I'm sure it would be way too hard to actually replicate the hydraulic suspension for the rear axles, but I can dream can't I?

Nah, it's just a few more gas spheres and a couple of additional hydraulic lines.

Other key points: there was a turbo version, and the fact that true to its 80's roots, it also had pop-ups.

Went to a classic car show in Scotland at an old house called Thirlestane. There were many things! So I took pictures. (Click for huge) This was rebuilt from the ground up, and it is absolutely stunning in the flesh. Eh, I like Caymans. The owner of this 991 Turbo S told me that x1 wheel costs £2500 to replace, and because it's shod with carbon ceramic brakes (which are bigger than a large dinnerplate), the rotors themselves cost more than the calipers. Alot more. "I'm going for first says John Cleland!" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3xj5b7hVco Some kind of Ford, eh. A ford, but better. .....yesssssss.
