Unfunny Poster posted:Yeah yeah yeah but did TNA invade WWF on that month's PPV or was this just a bunch of steroid junkies trying to pretend they didn't do steroids off of TV? there have not been any cross promotional storylines in the past 20 years with wwe/f except for ufc, where correction randleman only did work for an All Japan off-shoot, tag teaming with forums favorite mark coleman. pro wrestling is actually the hardest of the mixed arts which is why many mma favorites quit and go back to "real fighting"

Now he alternates between playing grabass at Roufusport, awkward interactions with Mickey Gall and convenient surgeries every few months. I know which I'd rather do.

I really like Pettis but I don't think a drop will do him much good. He needs to keep up the wrestling he's been doing at Jackson's. In the Alvarez fight he'd get right of the cage whenever he followed Izzy Martinez' instructions.

There were rumors that Aldo was injured (which are probably 100% true), so he came out with a picture of him and a bunch of dudes in his gym (including a Brazilian soccer player) posing for a picture "proving" that he's not injured.

Someone get a dude to tell Ariel Helwani that Aldo is injured so Helwani can ask a different dude if it's true and then ask a different dude if that dudes fibbing and then get him a taxi so he can go to Columbia University to pick up a Pulitzer.

If you can pressure your way inside of kicking range, you will have success against Pettis. It's not just his wrestling but also his boxing that need work before he can be a threat to a fighter who will just keep coming forward. I'd like to see him matched with Bermudez as his first FW fight to see whether he can handle the pressure from a fighter who is also really hittable.

I feel like his name alone could get him a pretty big match up for his FW debut despite his recent record. Possibly someone like Max Holloway, which is probably a nightmare match up for him right now. e: Bisping is #9 in the UFC's P4P rankings now. What a crazy weekend that was. He'd gone from arguably never beating a current Top 5 ranked Middleweight to in the top 10 P4P fighters. Josuke Higashikata fucked around with this message at 13:21 on Jun 8, 2016 |

mma is pretty cool because if someone just works really hard for a really long time, odds are they're eventually gonna win the big one because it's a weird sport with so many ways to lose. granted it took bisping to have the best performances of his career back to back but still, it seems like anyone can have a career renaissance and their big moment.

Brock's doing his camp for Hunt the same he did before he left. Hiring in trainers and partners, same head coach. I would hazard a guess at that meaning Pat Barry is going to be helping him again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwJIC2vgtJc

Could an injured man extend his thumb and pinkie finger in different directions?

I would hazard a guess at that meaning Pat Barry is going to be helping him again. Pat Barry's probably the best sparring partner possible for the matchup in that he's short, fast, and nominally a kickboxer. Sort of in the same way everybody wanted Diabate in their camp for Anderson Silva. But the styles are so different I hope for Brock's sake he has a boxing coach with a serious analytical mind because Hunt has forgotten more about standup than Brock will ever know. Hiding a double behind a punch could actually be much more dangerous than just shooting from range. It's a really delightfully odd matchup.
