Is there a notable difference between how Street Fighter V plays on the PC and how it does on the PS4? Like do I need to time things different? Would I have difficulty adjusting to the PS4 when I go out for tournaments? I have a very high end PC by the way that will have no problem running the game at a smooth 60 FPS.

If that were the case, I'm pretty sure it would be a big deal in the community and they would be talking about it endlessly at tournaments. Not that I know from experience or anything, though. Pretty sure that's not what he's referring to and Fourwude did tests for his site displaylag.com or something and made a bar chart with all the different possible configurations mostly because i remember seeing it

capcom hosed up and sold zenny coupons in japan with special editions of the game, as much as 1000 zenny were sold to individual purchasers and now capcom is only offering 200fm for every zenny. that doesn't sound too bad except fm is not able to buy premium costumes so people who have been waiting 5 months to buy a costume with currency they already paid for can't and are mad.

You can play either version, but tournaments are held on PS4s so your controller method needs to be mindful of that.
