What have been some good speedruns today? This has been a good run. This particular area is a bit slow but you just missed a lot of fun exploits. Ape Escape was pretty fun and the Spyro race was good too. Everything else since this morning can probably be skipped unless you're into Mega Man.

There was an interesting video Kotaku showcased recently about a small developer working on a PS2-era Daredevil game that spiraled out of control. Sony sort of insisted that they add in rail grinding mechanics. Clearly someone at SCEA circa 2001 had a hard-on for that sweet grinding action.

Incoherence posted:I remember playing around with the warp glitch in the original as a kid. I actually didn't know how to legitimately get into Turtle Rock my first couple times through the game. Yeah, I have a hard time not using the glitch when playing through the game now. It's just so easy and so convenient. It's baffling how it made it in. It was great Much like Pokemon Red & Blue it has some insane glitches due to being a Game Boy game and essentially having 0 error handling.
