It's one of the most mind boggling programming decisions for a game made in 2006 that I've ever seen.

As someone who was a dumb teenager and somehow got some enjoyment out of it back in 2007: I couldn't even bother to hold onto the game for any sort of ironic enjoyment. It ain't worth it unless you can get it for free somehow.

Sonic '06 is a hilarious game to see speedrun, or to watch Medibot et al. suffer through it, but it would be nothing but mounting frustration trying to actually play through it yourself.

I've heard about the final boss trick but never seen it in action. Apparently he's manipulating the boss to go flying out of bounds, where he hits an invisible wall and his health bar instantly drains to zero

I was watching 06 while doing the few glitches I know in Harmony of Dissonance and it was a very enjoyable time. Metroid and DKC next sounds good.
