Oh that's great. Some of the Assaultron legs were okay but mostly made them look like a candy apple upsidedown.

I'm sorry, did I break all your shit? I didn't know it was yours

I'm trying to build a tall-ceilinged building, but I hate the finicky wall->roof_.2nd floor wall->remove floor method that leaves ugly gaps that need adjusting. Is there a mod that provides either a way to attach walls to the top of other ones, or that adds x2 tall walls?

Place Anywhere and/or Workshop Rearranged should do the trick.

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424/
and
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16181/
.. respectively.

Also, building with warehouse materials will help too. Taller walls and all.

Filed bug against a mod on Nexus, attached some papyrus logging that the mod owner asked for. He takes one look at the log, totally ignores repro steps and declares that it was pilot error and closes my bug as by design. Now I responded explaining how I found a workaround to his issue and how his hypothesis is impossible, no response. Don't think i want any more of this guy's code running on my gaming machine...

Of course, I'm just wondering if there's a mod around that adds the hats for the protectrons, 'cause if there is, I can't find it. It would be nice to add in a Primm Slim YEE-HAW voice module, too, but that's probably a bit rougher due to assets.

This mod allows you to put hats on your self built robots, requires the DLC.

Build Your Own Pool has waterfalls you can place. I guess you'd also need Place Everywhere to put it up where I did, but who doesn't have Place Everywhere at this point?

I loving hate that poo poo. You have a bug, dude, chill the gently caress out. It happens! Let someone help you find and fix it!

It doesn't have a cowboy hat though. Just three specific hats.

Also it's a little buggy. They merged it, but it broke a bunch of formIDs, namely the ones that keep you from decapitating Jezebel. Here's my fixed copy: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=64973790384447980392

I've sent the fix to the guy, so hopefully it'll be up properly soon.

So there's no way to use FO4edit with MO, is there. Wish I'd known that, I liked running into stuff from the Mojave Imports mod but sometime after the first few levels I stopped running into a number of items on the list (Nuka Cola variants and various weird drugs and food from NV/FOT are in, Sunset Sasparilla is out)

Jesus! Jesus Christ! Say his name! Jesus! Jesus! Come down now!

I may have finally hit some point where the game can take no more. Three times I've fought my way from Goodneighbor south through raider / mutant / goul checkpoints to Jamaica Plain, three times I've had hard crashes (one even bluescreened my system!), the last one just as I was approaching a bed to save. For some reason I suspect it has to do with the items being loaded - two of the crashes happened just before or during an inventory collection screen.

I think I'm going to take a break.

Super Mutant Workshop is the best mod on the Nexus.

Outpost Zimonja is now held by a tribe of friendly mutants in wacky costumes. A mutant provisioner in a clean grey suit and a bowler hat now roams the wastes with his brahmin and a minigun.

Honestly I want to uninstall Homemaker in the wake of all the poo poo that's been added via DLC and other, more important settlement mods but I don't feel like going back and plugging all the holes it'd leave behind in the settlements I've used it in. It clutters up my building menu more than I actually get any use out of it.

I feel the same. I wouldn't mind if Homemaker's stuff was regulated to a Homemaker category cut off from the main game stuff, but as it is I still get irritated whenever I go to the Doors section >:[

Look, I'll give him props where it counts it is a good reskin at the end of the day but that image is really is kind of pointless for it.

A complete overhaul of the system now would make more sense and be worthy of that kind of image posturing.

Nope. The game's main quest is just 'go home to Sanctuary Hills' no matter what start you choose. If you want to just skip the intro, do House Husband, Housewife, or Vault Dweller and disable perks. If you want a good start and to start at Sanctuary Hills, just quickly fast-travel to Vault 111 the second you spawn.
