What do you mean specifically? There's a lot of on that page but not much specific, from what I've seen. Regular plugs and monitors are designed specifically to transmit the various frequencies appropriately which I doubt a chunk of titanium can replicate. Also note how they don't seem to make any specific claims about the resulting attenuation or anything else really, like you'd expect: I dunno, maybe they'll be great, it's certainly not as idiotic as lot of other kickstarters, but I'm a bit skeptical.
