Ochaku's outfit is already pretty skimpy, she's in the same vein as Mt. Lady and Midnight where it's full cover but form fitting. There's dozens of ways this particular thing could go but if past experiences are anything to go by Horikoshi is both going to follow expectations and subvert them entirely (prime example: the Hot Springs gag.)

The most obvious uniform upgrade is for Ochako to add small thrusters to her armor. It's a very easy way for her to have mobility while weightless, and wouldn't need to use much fuel at all since, well, she'd be weightless. I can't really think of how technology would help Deku, though it's obvious they'll figure something out. It seems like his power tears his arms up from the inside, so merely absorbing shock wouldn't help much unless he's applying his force to something. They should just replace Deku's skeleton with adamantium. edit: Honestly, a completely reasonable thing for Deku (that I'm pretty sure won't happen) is to give him some kind of melee weapon. He can safely use enough OfA to become at least several times as strong as a normal human, so he should be capable of wielding something much heavier and stronger than a normal person. Ochako definitely needs thrusters, maybe combo it with an incredibly hard helmet so she just rockets head first into enemies. The most obvious tech for Deku is some sort of power limiter, helping him not blow up his everything. If he does want to differ form All Might though, using a weapon would do that. It'd have to be something that's effective both normally and when using super Strength though, maybe something as simple as throwing stuff like shurikens/marbles at insane speeds?

Bakugou's explosions are powerful, but compared to what One for all at full strength can do, they are nothing.

the thing with one for all breaking deku's bones is because it's a quirk he acquired late in life, rather than something he was born with he didn't get how to use it safely, so he didn't; that led to him hurting himself. bakugou has years of practice on deku

rather than getting some power gloves or whatever i think what deku needs is a weapon, like a staff. something that lets him use his super strength without directly risking his body and maybe gives him some additional range. if mei can make something that's sturdy enough to withstand One For All-enhanced swings without shattering, that is.

I know he wrecked his fingers early with a flick, and wrecked his arm doing his version of a DETROIT SMASH, so just hitting the air can harm him. Maybe he hits or propels a material that can absorb an disperse a large amount of force? Basically turning extra absorbent ballistic gel into gel projectiles? All Might definitely didn't do anything that goofy, and I want the greatest hero of all time to have gotten his start using super-strength to basically throw goo-nets at people.

Deku has a lot of toughening up to do that can't be accelerated. With Bakugo, he's had a ton of years for his hands to get explosion/napalm resistant and for his body to adapt to the force it can bring to bear. Equipment wise there's only three things that can actually help Deku though: a limiter (obvious,) a shock absorber (like a limiter but can also be tied to other things,) or an energy converter (kinetic to electricity, super lightning smash, super tornado smash, etc.)
