The police has no clear proof of the motivation and therefore does not speculate, as is proper. It's probably a coin flip whether it's far-right or Islamist terrorism.

It could just as easily be a retaliation attack on a random Muslim-looking person in response to all of the other attacks. Maybe not just as probable, and I wouldn't want to be liable for guessing right or wrong either way. Until more info is released, can we just call it tragic and leave it at that? I'm sure there will be plenty of time devoted to agenda-based fear mongering later.

It was at least at that point where they locked on to it being IS/islamist related for at least the next 15 minutes before I started working.
