That would put an interesting spin on Flash's line in the time travel scene.

It's 2 and a half minutes out of a 2+ hour movie.

You could take the funny moments of Batman V Superman and put them into 2 minutes and give the wrong impression. "I'm a friend of your son's" "I figured, the cape!" "Where does he go? Click his heels and return to Kansas?"

Seriously

well why not posted:

The Thor logo is a bit concerning - I hope this isn't Marvel doubling down on retro nostalgia. Guardians is enough.

Thor 3 is gonna be just like one of those beat em up games where you have to rescue the President, and Hulk is player 2.

Anyway Doctor Strange looks great, and all the misc news about Guardians, Thor, and Captain Marvel is really good too.

As has been noted, the unfinished footage in this 'teaser' matches the stuff that was deliberately shown to journalists/bloggers to alleviate the fear of 'seriousness' (even though BVS:UE is a goofy loving movie). It's absolutely marketeering, whereas Wonder Woman's trailer is a pretty accurate mix of First Avenger and 300 II: Rise Of An Empire.

BSS will undoubtedly remind us that Zack Snyder works only in grayscale and all DC movies carry a warning from the surgeon general alerting the viewer to increased risk of anxiety, depression and rear end cancer.

BvS is a funny movie. The second trailer, the one with the rock music, isn't much different in tone from this preview. Obviously, there's a narrative to maintain that Zack Snyder has been punished and has learned from his "mistakes," but this looks like a Snyder film even more than the previous two did. Aquaman looks like he's in a music video. The Flash activates slow-motion at will.

So many trailers, so much hype.

I loved the WW trailer, and her violin solo kicking in at the end just got me so pumped. The fight choreography looks amazing too, and just looks all around gorgeous.

The JL trailer wasn't quite as good, but that's understandable, considering they just started filming. I also share concerns they're gonna "dumb it down" and "turn it into a quipfest" in an attempt to appease the critics of BvS, but l have faith in Snyder.

And Dr Strange looked totally loving amazing. Good time to be a comic book fan

I decided to show my wife (not a huge comic book fan, but is obsessed with Loki) the Justice League and Dr. Strange trailers, here's her initial thoughts: Ben Affleck doesn't look to be as bad of a Batman as she thought, she thinks it's weird there's another Barry Allen different from the TV show, and thinks Aquaman is "less gay". She didn't have much interest in what she calls "Dr. Strangelove"

I'll be there opening weekend for both, with or without her lol

Brie Larson is a solid choice for Captain Marvel, I'm pretty hyped about it! I'm still fangirling over the badass Wonder Woman trailer though, I love the theme

Then once they're done with the Avengers trilogy they can work on forming Nextwave.

E: The post credit sequence for Captain Marvel is her walking into her apartment at night and turning the light on to see David Hasslehoff in his old Nick Fury outfit drunk as poo poo on the floor eating hamburgers. He looks up, lets out a drunken belch, and slurs, "I'm here to - love these buns - tell you about the Highest Anti-Terrorism Effort" before passing out.

He's apparently an Atlantean, probably an equivalent to Alfred for Aquaman.

Though his character is also known to betray Aquaman, but that might happen in a future film.

Vulko is an Atlantean advisor who usually supports Aquaman. He turned against him twice, once by supporting his son for Kingship instead due to politics and the other time due to bad writing because Geoff Johns is a bad writer.
