So they have the fleet T6 versions of the new Fed ships, but do we know if they plan on making fleet versions of the 3 cross faction ones? I want a fleet Ourobouros for my main since I don't think I will ever get my D4.

If you're logged into your Dental main, you might not have noticed this got depermissioned away from public (Arc User, Arc User1, New User, Bug Hunter) accounts instead of locked. It's also the mission pubbies used to run endlessly to get nerve tonics for their bar table dancing jerkoff ERP sessions in old droz. Also why they hated disco balls so much at first - because it broke the "sexy dance" emote and then they needed to go run the mission again for another nerve tonic.

Just came back from a long hiatus and got one of those "we want you back" ship packages. The fleet I was in was empty and there is a lot of new poo poo I am unaware of judging by skimming through the previous pages. Anyone have a TL;DR of what's new and what Cryptic has hosed up the past year since I've been away?

I haven't played since the first few months of the game. I'm going to be playing a Federation Tactical captain who commands a cruiser. I apparently also have 24,700 Zen. Anything I should definitely spend this on?

Anything I should definitely spend this on? Ship traits are a thing now. You've got enough Zen to buy a Presidio and an Arbiter cruiser, both of which have amazing traits. If you haven't yet, register on the wiki for a guide into building your character and picking endgame specialisations. I'll have good cheap builds for the Presidio, Arbiter and other good ships soon.

g0del posted:A quick note - cruisers are fine at end-game, but don't use one until you can use a T6 one. Use escorts while leveling. Worth noting you can currently spend 13000 Zen and get a good levelling ship for every tier up to 50, four great non-fleet endgame ships and three amazing fleet level endgame ships, all of which feature the fairly excellent Temporal mechanic.

That's $130 that dude just said to spend on a game that would retail for about $20 considering its age and dev competency. I mean hey, go hog wild and all but it's weird seeing people nonchalantly say, "dude just drop the price of two AAA games on this game you stopped playing for years and we all laugh at."

PSA: Training your BOFFs in the new Temporal Operative powers appears to be bugged in that you will not be charged skill points at all when you hit the "Learn" button on a skill. I gave 6 of my BOFFs all the space/ground powers you can get from the trainer on ESD and it didn't deduct a single point. I tried changing zones and logging out & back in, not a point gone. I tried training one Intel skill, the points were deducted as normal.
