Just watch your sidequest notifications on the bar just above your fatigue (or check side quests in your quest journal; they appear there even if you don't have them yet). It'll let you know if there's extra stuff you could be doing: Forgotten Land, Dark Elf Temple, and Valley of the Dead questlines are the main ones I can remember. Of those, only Dark Elf Temple is particularly important though, and I think you get it at level 40?

I just started playing this after noticing it's on steam and the launcher is a ton of fun. I'm still getting used to using the keyboard a little bit, but between the scaling weapon they're giving out and things like gatling gun I'm having a blast.

Obviously my Crusader I also made will not get the same benefits but hey, being a support can be fun sometimes.

Crusader is a fixed class (their damage is more strongly affected by stats, not weapon strength), so having a growing weapon on one is much less important. That said, if you want to play sader, you have to persevere a bit; they don't start getting their good combat skills until their 40s.

Crusader is one of the classes that benefit most from the "free class change until level 49" thing. Play a monk until 45 or whatever then swap.

For stuff that does +X damage what all boosts that damage(if anything), elenore/smash and +element_dmg?

Basically I'm wondering how much damage the Light Knights' Armor actually ends up adding for you via its +50,000 light dmg at a 20% chance.

This or an Avenger. Both blow through low level content like nothing. Avenger can Metamorph and blender bosses without even trying when you're leveling. With how weak stuff is in scenario dungeons you can probably skip using metamorph but it's not hard to get it charged up if you aren't burning your gauge on trash.

I think I actually gave you bad advice and what you want is King's Road Keeper: Sacred Light? Someone correct me on the preferred light legendary accessory if I'm wrong.

I mean you could do something like King's Road Keeper: Sacred Light, Grave Robber King's Lost Treasure, and I guess Great Glory Necklace? But I don't see the point compared to just going for Gigantic Presence, unless you've got a loose acc epic or two. Like ABR might be worth breaking GP and using off-legendaries but otherwise eh.

I actually have the superstar bracelet so never mind because once the epic rework happens it'll be good enough to just use that instead even if when the other 2 pieces of the set don't drop.

I haven't gone for gigantic presence mainly because I haven't been big on doing daily runs of Anton for a month or two(or longer?) in order to get the pieces.

Even if you have epics to break up a gigantic set I'd still run the dungeons. Fun, challenging, and they don't require an entry fee like ex ancients. Can just spend your antoniums on the sub equip bead or something instead

Support character summons are the best thing. My nen master hits like a wet noodle on most bosses, but that's okay, because I can just summon my rogue to beat the poo poo out of the bosses for me. :allears:

Supports are fun and I like that the by-far strongest attack I have on every character is my main using a filler cube.

Also people really need to do anton. Literally the only thing at risk is you making me grumpy for a couple minutes (see avatar). Get free chances at legendary drops, and antonium is good for: an amazing legendary accessory set, the best crit beads in the game for belt/shoes, the best sub equip bead, and upgrading chrons. It gives you the chance to learn more about the game and your class. Just do it.

The only things you really need to know are: don't kill the shadow orb on Tog, don't kill Krave zombies when they're off the runes, don't hit Agnes when she's got the purple eye thing, don't push Ator around, stay the gently caress away from the worm, stay the gently caress away from Egene, and go exactly where you see everyone else go on Mateka and don't hit him. That's really the bare minimum poo poo. Yeah it's more than you need to know for any other dungeon, but it's less than, like OV. It's less than you need to know for certain single raid bosses in WoW! There is not a single person in the guild who is unable to learn anton, so when Ryb or I say there's a free slot, jump on that poo poo.

I'm back in this game after a good time off and drat. They've sure improved it.

This Dark Templar's a ton of fun, and the game doesn't feel 1/1000 as grindy as when nexon had its dirty fingers on it.

So, any suggestions what to take from my legendary boxes? This is my first character above 70, so the super gear is all new to me.

Considering a lot of really fun classes are considerably worse than that, I'll take it. :v: I could do with a new class that's just "good" rather than "horrendously powerful."

I'm glad neople has done the smart thing with their events and basically gave everyone infinite fatigue for the steam launch. I've put in a good 3-5 hours on Friday and Saturday, and I still had fatigue to spare by the time I was ready to call it quits. I'll have to use fatigue express if I actually want to burn through the potions it's giving me.

I'd suspect the near lack of restrictions for the time being is at least partially responsible for the game having positive reviews on steam.

Should I be careful about what accessory I pull out of the quest legendary accessory box? It's for a rogue, if that makes a difference.

I think Rogue can make use of the Gracia/Sea God set? Alternatively, Great Glory Bracelet for smash.

What's with the Optimal Level Dungeon thing? I'm trying to do the DFO x STEAM event thingy and it said you have to be level 17+ to do it and I entered a dungeon that said it had the optimal level bonus but I'm not getting my completion bonus thing.

I don't think it really starts counting until you reached the Meltdown/Sewer area. If you're already doing dungeons in the sewer area, then it might be bad coding and using the old rules where you have to be level 20+.

For anyone interested in keeping up to date with the Korean version, the level 90 patch just hit Test Server.

Best new thing that was never mentioned before, a brand new additional item slot. The earring slot can be unlocked at level 90 and it seems to function the same as the sub/magic stone slot.

NIPPLE MADE AN ENTIRE EPIC SET DEDICATED TO SUPPORT SADER!

This single piece gives 15% more INT and M. Atk to Wisdom! 3 pieces of this set gives 20% more STR/INT to Divine!

This single piece of epic gives a 500px aura that increases all party member's level 5-30 skill by +1.

While holding that direction (down in this case), pressing C will cause you to use that ability (backstep).

Now wait a diddly second. Doesn't this mean that we can have 6pc sets+5pc sets? Because I assume all quest legendaries will gain an Earring as well. And if they do, loving imagine, Gracia+any Epic set! Gracia+Tactical!! AAAAAAAA!!!!

Weird, I'm trying that but I can't make it work. No issue with other motions though.
I guess I'll just hotkey the backstep but it's a shame though. I prefer doing motions.
