I always assumed that "c u c k" gained credence in alt-right circles as a pejorative in response to the NYE sexual assaults in Germany which were committed by Arab and North African refugees. In this context, "c u c k" is used to denigrate people who support immigration because they are apparently sexually gratified by the idea of swarthy brown foreigners ravaging our pure white virgins, not because they believe offering asylum to desperate families from war-torn countries, often themselves victims of terrorism, is a moral duty. Of course, it goes without saying that the attacks, in which 5 women were raped and many more assaulted, were heinous and morally indefensible, however they were literally a statistical blip in comparison to the vast amount of sexual assaults committed by men against women on a daily basis that the alt_right doesn't seem to give a drat about.
