Never thought I would I would see this in the wild let alone at the Jersey Shore. The color is definitely very striking especially in person which is how it caught my eye at first. As long as the vans meet or exceed whatever standards are placed on mobile homes I'm not sure how they could stop you. I would assume it's mostly fire regulations because your average mobile home has the structural integrity of toilet paper.
