Really sorry if I'm just being dense, I freely admit I'm usually a console gamer that's out of his depth. Nah, settings in the game, under I believe the display tab. Also if you're a console gamer and not invested in the desktop version, maybe try the console release? It'll look better.

Dunno about the launcher, but you can access settings from the login screen. "Options" button on the bottom right hand side.

So, what's the verdict on the ports? I played this for about 8 months at the period before the Romulans expansion. It's was pretty fun and the PS4 is way simpler to deal with. To me, the port's controls are pretty dodgy and the camera doesn't zoom very close when in space or on foot. Also no mouse look function or method to freely move the camera, unless I'm missing something, is baffling. They also removed the massive PvE fights and Foundry. It's looking like a hatchet job, but it has gotten me interested in the game again as I think it's a perfect Star Trek Episode of the Day Simulator and as such one of the best games ever by default.

Hey, new (lvl 7) PS4 player here with a quick question. The game launched for us with a free Wrath of Khan uniform pack. I can utilize the Khan costume in my off-duty wardrobe, but the Starfleet uniforms do not show up in the menu for me at all, even though the other PS4 goons I have played with have got theirs and can use them just fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

I haven't played the PC version, but I'm liking the PS4 port. It's pretty confusing right now. I had a hell of a time using the map in Starfleet Academy, and I wish there was a 'optimally equip ship and officers' button. I have 2 ships now and I'm not even sure why, or what I'm supposed to do with the second one. I think I'll stick with it just for the story though. It is nice to jump into that universe from time to time. You said you weren't able to find a free-look for the camera. You tried the right stick? Or do you mean something else?

I'm not sure they even know how to fully customize default out-of-the-box ship outfits. The ones that come with a free torpedo or warp core, for instance, have them drop into your inventory, with a boring white mk 10 normal piece of equipment on the ship itself.

The Khan "magnificent chest" costume shows up in the Off-Duty, but under the regular uniforms, the WoK uniform doesn't appear.
