First team Associated Press Pennsylvania Class AAAA All-State each of his final two seasons as an offensive tackle at Erie McDowell High School. Tried out for the Cincinnati Bengals but making it on the team, signed on to the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL but didn't finish the end of the season and was cut. He then decided to enter pro wrestling in 2015 and signed with WWE to be trained. He's had a string of matches, including at the Arnold Classic this year. No big winning or losing streaks, at least to the point where it could affect him much. In other words, he's a pure PC recruit.

Well, they already did an NXT Rumble with Bo Dallas, and he became a participant in the main one. I wouldn't be surprised if they repeat the process. Though, hopefully whoever wins elicits a bigger reaction from the crowd than Bo did.

I wish I knew exactly what was going on but the timing of Brian Fury's retirement is pretty suspect. Fury is the trainer of Sasha Banks. Chaotic Wrestling supplied so many wrestlers during other eras of WWE talent relations. When Mike Bucci and Tommy Dreamer were in charge in the mid to late 00s. Kofi Kingston came from there for example. Chaotic has always specialised with signable male heavyweight wrestlers near exclusively. But in 2016 they are kinda irrelevant I've no idea off hand how they distribute themselves or how or when they run shows. Unlike with EVOLVE or PROGRESS Triple H can't be accused of latching on to something hot or cool. Regal is evaluating talent today and Biff is filming vignettes for NXT.

WHAAATT!!? I work within walking distance of the arena where Chaotic held that show last night! I went to their previous show a few weeks ago, but decided not to go to this one for some reason. I usually go to one of their events every few months, and now I'm kicking myself. Edit: Apparently he is hosting a lecture at their wrestling academy today, and that's why he's in town.
