There's nothing in the constitution and I assume nothing in the statutes about redoing a presidential election. It's either settled by whatever electors get certified/accepted or Congress votes if there's no EC winner. Realistically if things get hosed up the courts need to make some decisions fast about recounts/invalidating ballots etc and it's a cluster. (See Bush v. Gore.)
