It'd be really unlikely, but as much as they coach the question askers to be neutral, they're also ordinary people, not experienced media professionals. The government just cannot afford the best and brightest when it comes to cybersecurity, and the only way they can get the top talent on their team is catching blackhats and offering them a deal where they either do fed time or work however long their sentence would be for a 3 letter agency.
