TO BE HERO is pretty fun, and the op owns. I also caught the first episode of Girlish Number today and I feel like the premise is "What if everyone with decision making power was Tarou?" That first episode was lots of fun. Chitose and her manager are fun leads for the show and I like the interactions between the other main cast so far. e: Yuri!!! On ice is still absolutely amazing! I also really like the OP and ED, themes and all. This is really a great show all the way through. e: I watched the second episode of TO BE HERO and can now confirm that it is my Tonkatsu DJ replacement for this season. Here's other good lesbian manga with a happy ending (the only good kind) that haven't been mentioned: Whispered Words (Sasameki Koto), probably my overall favourite yuri manga Wife & Wife Poor Poor Lips The Flower & The Star Octave (more drama-y and ends on a note of 'there are no easy answers but life goes on' but generally upbeat). Most anything by Akiko Morishima Also if you have a PC capable running anything buy Kindred Spirits on Steam. Droyer posted:Honey & Honey is an autobiographical manga by a lesbian mangaka, and it talks about her personal life and the japanese LGBTQ community both. It's good but a bit too real sometimes and definitely doesn't end on a happy note but it's more 'that's life, poo poo happens' than 'everyone dies tragically because of the gay'. I watched keijo with my girlfriend last night after reading about the kotaku writer who hated it My gf loves it and wants to watch every episode It was really funny how it was basically standard good fight scenes, but with fists replaced by butts. I dunno if that one joke is good enough to carry the whole show, but I might give it another few episodes to see Also I thought the first episode of drifters was fairly good. Much like hellsing ultimate, the "comedy" bits where everything turns kinda-chibi-but-not-really were the worst part, but those bits felt more frequent, which isn't good. The action was good and the other not-comedy bits were fine though, so I'm calling it a good show on the whole

Yeah I saw the first episode of that and it feels... strangely empty and meandering for a first episode. I think of that first episode in comparison to other sports series I've liked- the first episodes of Yuri on Ice!! had loads of charm and sympathy, and Haikyuu!! had great energy and characters out the gate, but what does All Out have, really? Is anyone else following that?
