They really need to be careful with that powder. It's been kept so dry for so long it could be used as a desiccant by now. Any drier and it's liable to spontaneously combust.

It’s pretty brilliant. What it does is every time there’s a vote cast where interest is computed, you know, thousands a day, the computer ends up with these fractions of a vote, which it usually rounds off. What this does is it takes those remainders and puts it into Hillary's account.

It's how you get more than 100% turnout in certain precincts.
It's also absentee vote fraud, and poll workers casting ballots for people they know didn't show up to vote (by looking at the registry).

Even if "Conservative" Pavlich is correct that this was all "Performance Art" - I would not want to be associated with anyone who did not run out the door of such an exhibition once having , unknowingly, stumbled into it. The fact that she defends it, and apparently is one of the saner voices at the Washington Post, speaks volumes about the culture that exists in Washington D.C.
