Massachusetts also passed their weed thing, so that'll go into effect in March (I think?). Didn't Florida have that on the ballot, as well? I'd be amazed if California even managed to make background checks for ammo happen. That was supposed to happen here in NY, too, but that got axed after the state realized that it was nearly impossible to implement.
