So a war that started over Space Monkey Alliance (a Goonwaffe ally) accusing an EVE casino of RMT, which expanded to engulf SMA's allies because the casino had functionally unlimited funds, was named after the animal upon which Goonwaffe's mascot is based because it rhymes with "three". As far as  decisions go, at least it's understandable. The aggressor's narrative of "everyone in EVE against GSF" is better marketing than "the war that one side won't bother fighting because the aggressor funding the war doesn't even exist in game and is therefore unassailable". "Gamblor War" and "the Casino War" (what we call it) suffer from the detriment of accuracy.

Barring a few stand-outs, their ships are one-dimensional and boring. If I had to choose it would either be Gallente or Minmatar; both races have solid ships at all Alpha classes, have useful fleet EWAR, and their T1 and faction frigates are pretty viable for solo roams. Amarr is far from boring but I'd say they're the most SP dependent ones and I don't think anything cruiser or below is worth running with meta guns and some of the other alpha clone skill restrictions. Like you could do some of the brawling frigs but you're severely limited without pulse access

The ways casinos were run basically made proving RMT impossible, they just banned them anyway without proof because it's CCP and it's their game. The combination of perceived legal issues, unrestricted RMT, unassailable wealth and effects on the health of the game more than justified the outlawing of eve casinos.

You (the casino) pay out to separate clean accounts who just look to sell on player auctions dot com independently, when in reality you control that separate account. You can even make it sneakier by having other bankers fill that account's (the RMTer) wallet because you own the website and control everything. You can't differentiate between an RMTer who just happened to win big on IWI, or on a guy who happened to play IWI months ago, or a guy working with IWI to RMT. It's also hard to catch them in the first place. anyway that's how I'd do it
