I have friends that have escaped rural communities to live in cities, and they don't even think about going back to help, even if they're involved in politics. Once you've moved to the city, the problems of racism and sexism remain a daily part of your life while the problems of rural America aren't. If you're a capable person growing up in a rural area, you're probably moving to the city for the opportunities there. Just a bad situation all around. ATC isn't going to be privatized, the user fees would make it way more expensive to fly private aircraft which is why it hasn't been done already. I doubt Trump will be on board with that.

Is this simply based on a Wikileaks released email whose context or truthfulness we do not know? It seems to me like it would have made headlines if true.
