When I think about it, we could totally just create governmental organizations that work as a singular organism that can act as a national healthcare provider. The wall is a gimme to Rush Limbaugh and the rest of the talk radio right. Reagan, Bush 41, and Bush 43 didn't want it because they know that the Latin@ population in the US is growing and they don't want to be locked out of that demographic a'la California after Prop 187. The wall street right likes having undocumented immigration because undocumented immigrants are easy for businesses to exploit, since they have the sword of damocles that is deportation hanging over them. On the other hand, the talk radio right has been full of nativists for a long loving time and those guy really want the wall, and that who most of the GOP base is listening to and a lot of them turned on the Republicans in 2006 in response to Bush's immigration reform plan.

He is pretty mutable. We just have to worm our way into his presence.
