The standing back up before it fires is really the icing on that lovely animation cake. Tracer Missile provides the core "heat signature" mechanic for one branch of BH so imagine seeing that every single fight.

It's even better when you play the Sith storylines and find not an alternate perspective, but confirmation that the Sith are indeed preening assholes who blow through Imperial operations like tornadoes of petty rivalry and grandiose posturing all the time. Their only real value to the Empire is acting as a lightning rod for Jedi operations and (JK/general storyline stuff inadvertently keeping each other in check too effectively to help the Emperor achieve his whole "eat the galaxy and become a Force God" deal).

My raid group was an Assassin tank, a Powertech tank, A Sorc healer, a merc healer, my Operative and 3 Merc DPS. Let me tell you how much I enjoyed progression EC, enjoying all those knockbacks while the mercs just blasted away.

I think the most telling thing about the Sith in this game is that you have Sith Lords as major enemies in all 8 class stories.

Huh. I kinda feel like even "step out of line again and you're dead" is rather an insufficient response when you unsurprisingly find out that Kaliyo has been selling information to terrorists, but I guess they don't want you getting rid of companions.

I was kind of looking forward to earning their trust, giving explanations for turning on the empire, figuring out how to minimize damage while looking like a team player, but the command codes rather made it all irrelevant. The biggest story whimper in the game for me was an Agent ending their first chapter fully Darkside. Siding with Jadus, killing millions with biological super weapons and fundamentally altering the nature of the Empire...none of which is reflected in anything other than that single e-mail you get. Jadus doesn't even loving appear more than twice again from that point.

Does anybody know if there's a moddable version of the new Outlander sabers? Like this one. I just like the look and sound of the blue 220 ones I have, but I've gotten a couple of the moddable 230 sabers from command crates that I've been avoiding using because they look kind of ugly. I know you're supposed to get that Odessen one for doing Chapter 9 of Fallen Empire, I'm just not really that into the red hilt. Somebody brought it up before, but it would be nice if they'd extend the visual customization options to weapons as well to some degree, so you could just stamp the ones you like and not have to deal with this kind of stuff.

Inquisitor chapter three is the worst chapter three in the game. Holy poo poo Corellia is pure garbage. I don't care about Thanaton's silly Kaggath, I just want him dead (and even that not a great deal. He's not even a nuisance. If it wasn't for the inquisitor's stupid gimmick of walking into obvious traps he could have been ignored. His dastardly plan was to ask you nicely to go into a deathtrap ffs, just say no and leave!

The Consular version is okay best I can remember. Thanaton isn't fit to polish the inside of Baras' mask and good lord did he take an age to die... and I didn't even get to kill him. Thanks Darth Mortis. Everything in the Inquisitor story after the name "Darth Andrew" was first used is terrible.
