I think his name is just Vegeta for simplification. It's be hard to tell since all of Dragon Ball is basically Volume 1 and features Vegeta stomping everything and telling everyone else they weren't necessary. Though hilariously, Vegeta Hubris is still on full display, as he could have defeated old Piccolo but let him achieve his youth because Piccolo claimed Vegeta could never defeat him if he were at full power. Of course since it's still Early Dragonball vs a kid who can fly and shoot Ki Barrages (And that's basically how he decides to settle the Red Ribbon army. Nuke the base from the sky) It doesn't bite him in the rear end like Perfect Cell does. Notably though, when he does wind up fighting Goku, he actually still loses. Well, to a degree, He's dropped for a ten count and cannot make it to his feet. Neither use the Great Ape form, and Goku mostly uses the fight to attempt to teach Vegeta the techniques of fighting that he's never developed since he's never been challenged. Vegeta even has to drink the Korrin's Super water he was meant to drink back during the Piccolo arc, but since he was never beaten like Goku was... He never trained with King Kai, he hardly learned any techniques. Were it not for the fact he already had overwhelming power reserves, then his first Kamehameha Wave (Versus Goku's beam) wouldn't have done anything, and he even points out that in comparison to Jackie Chun, his own wave is weak as all get out.

turns out the arc is called Universe Survival because it's the multiverse tournament and every universe that loses will be destroyed good job goku also explains why 17 is coming out of the mothballs and gohan has been training again, it's an all-hands-on-deck situation since they know people on par with goku and vegeta exist in other universes now

SS3 Raditz' hair literally clips through the floor in-game. No other character has the same thing happening to them, if you need a comparison to know just how long that hair is. Super Beardian Nappa makes me so happy. The Xeno Vegetto trailer annoys me though, it gives no chance to actually see him, instead it's a short Michael Bay movie. New Dabura caught me by surprise though.
