I should watch more Timberwolves this year because they seem fun. Wiggins needs to try harder on defense though and LaVine came across as having a really low IQ on that end of the court. I know they are young but that defense should be getting better at some point this season.

Julius Randle with his second triple double this season tonight. This one was nice because the Griz have the kind of lineup that usually limits how long Randle can be on the floor, but he was actually really screwing with the Griz's bigs tonight.

Is Parsons supposed to have his knee improve or is it what it is at this point? Maybe I'm wrong but he looks really slow on the court. I saw him live in Chicago and Randle just seemed a step above everyone in terms of size and athleticism. Bulls are slow but my God he could be great if he polishes up his game.

Can you imagine how much of a contender the Spurs would be if Tony Parker was still consistently good It's a shame cuz he was the youngest member of the Big 3 but also the one least likely to age well. Manu can stay on the Spurs bench for another decade as far as I'm concerned

LaVine will probably never be a good defender, but you can be fine with a bad defender at the 2. Wiggins has the tools for a good/very good perimeter defender but he is having trouble putting it together. He's still young for a guy to become lockdown though. KAT is up and down too on D. He'll make an incredible block and then completely whiff a rotation. Again, he's a young guy and this usually comes after a few years. Thibs defense is really hard to install on a bunch of guys with 1-2 years of experience in the league (and only 1 in college). I guess in hindsight expectations of a jump in wins was pretty premature, but it still is disappointing to watch it unfold.

To my severely untrained Eye they get absolutely murdered on defensive rotations,bad switching and cant defend a simple p&r.they also need a defensive linch pin,someone like a 33 year old garnett and welp. They do ok on individual defense.i have no idea if this is backed up by defense stats.

I wouldn't mind cap spent on a vet to come in and do some lead by example.
