It's literally a race between nuclear baptism and government collapse. Unless someone really fucks up and we kickstart Bastille Day: US edition. Which personally gets my vote. I'm all for dragging some rich people out into the street and beheading them.

I didn't think for a MINUTE that the Republicans in Congress would pay the laid-off feds, but I was completely wrong. We ended up getting paid for about three days until the administration took a very creative read of the Pay Our Military Act and then we were back to work like two weeks before other feds. (assuming they pass constitutional muster) Unless it's proved that the actual voting machines were hacked to delete or not count Clinton votes or add Trump votes, the election will not be nullified. I suppose if the president-elect and vice president-elect were both found guilty of a crime that would lead to impeachment upon entering office, and the political party they represented in the election ceased to exist, then the election would probably have to be recalled because literally no one would be left on the winning side to take the reins.
