I don't think Nintendo would sell. There is a very significant social barrier beyond the napkin prices plus it is still a family business of sorts with at least 10% of the shares owned by the Yamauchi family. The premium required would be insane given the different cultural views on money. It's market cap right now is 25Billion. Shares outside of Japan is about 1% in total.
