I really can't stand the art style of This Modern World, it's just so aggressively dull. Like I get that it's meant to ape the original style it had with the 50's comic cutouts or whatever, but it still generally feels way too stiff and lifeless.

Melania caricatures are interesting because she looks as flawless as you'd expect a model and trophy wife to look, making any exaggerated features feel forced and detract from the resemblence. I think that's kind of unprecedented in political cartoons. I wonder what will eventually become shorthand for her face? Pinched, angular features?

A little late on this one, but it's too bad that "'Who got the most touchdowns' or 'which team had the most points at the end of the game' I think is a faulty metric and not what the average American cares about when making sports victory decisions" is too wordy to fit in a word bubble coming out of a little corner Tom Price.
