Since this was chinese TV, assume by "surprise" they mean it was planned months in advance by Jackie and rehearsed numerous times.

If you ever get the chance to see this in person at Newport News, go to the little restaurant across the street, it is called "Eddies", it looks like a little nothing hole in the wall, but it is *amazing* . Location linked below, for convenience. Also, as long as you know the schedule, you can view this catapult testing without being in the military, as a lot of the Newport News shipyard area is view-able from civilian accessible areas. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Eddies/@36.9821368,-76.4350001,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xdf8f96ae020de812!8m2!3d36.9821368!4d-76.4350001

Never go to Newport News. This is terrible advice. Going there is not a 'chance' that you should yearn for.

It looks like a cool place if you like shipbuilding. I got a chance to go to a big historical graving dock for work and I spent like 3x as long as I needed just roaming around "lost" taking in the sights, but I love huge machines and infrastructure.

I'm looking for that gif where there's a monocled guy (Maybe Colonel Klink from Hogan's heroes?) laughing at a performance with the guy next to him is just sitting, stoney faced, and the monocled guy getting all grumpy. Can't find it on google. Anyone have it?

But I agree with the Dixie horn. Also need some Waylon Jennings on a PA going "Well, looks like the ol' Duke Boys are in the drink this time"

VendaGoat posted:Stare at her tits and you'll figure it out. For me this is the part of the illusion that impresses me the most. If you watch the face the illusion keeps altering from left to right. However if you move your eyes down to the torso while the face is moving from right to left her dress/shirt hangs over her right shoulder and rotates clockwise until you look away. If the face is moving from right to left when you look down though, the dress is hanging off the left shoulder and continues rotating counter-clockwise!
