Ok, so I have been messing with some imperial lists. For now I'm working off some sample lists I found in a guide. Edit: Forget the swarm list for now. I wanna focus on getting a few Tie Interceptors off the ground. SABRE SQUADRON Click to change squadron details 100 points PILOTS Soontir Fel (33) TIE Interceptor (27), Royal Guard TIE (0), Push the Limit (3), Twin Ion Engine Mk. II (1), Autothrusters (2) Saber Squadron Pilot (23) x 2 TIE Interceptor (21), Autothrusters (2) Saber Squadron Pilot (21) What do you all think. I know interceptors are on the weak side but I like the idea of flying them. BigRed0427 fucked around with this message at 02:05 on Feb 8, 2017 |

Starkiller Base Pilot (30) Fire-Control System (2) Starkiller Base Pilot (30) Fire-Control System (2) Starkiller Base Pilot (30) Collision Detector (0) Intelligence Agent (1) General Hux (5) Total: 100 The basic idea here is that i can almost always get the hux action off using coordinate so long as one ship can manage not to bump so i'll get some power shots out there.

Interceptors have a more than sufficient amount of green on the dial. The traditional Soontir Fel build has in place of TIE Mk II either Targeting Computer or Stealth Device. Stealth keeps you ticking longer, and Targeting Computer does great things for your damage output. If the objective is "I want to put 4 interceptors on the table because they're rad and that's what this game is about", looks good to me. If the idea is "I want to sweep a tournament with this list" you should drop all the Sabers Given the choice between 2 generic interceptors or 3 generic TIEs for the same points, I'm taking the TIEs every time. Carnor Jax is another real fun Interceptor pilot to fly, and is pretty viable in the meta right now due to his focus denying shenanigans. Tetran Cowell is the beta version of Countess Ryad. Turr Phenir's banky barrel roll is a fun one too.

Tomorrow is X-Wing & Armada Christmas for me. When I get home I'll have a Decimator, a Star Viper, a T-65, a T-70, a VSD, and an Imperial Raider (the Armada version, not the $80 X-Wing version, ) to open and swoop around making screeching noises with. All of these were on sale on Amazon so look how much money I saved! I can't wait for another sale so I can save even more! Send help.

Dial is okay- similar to Ghost but with 0-stop instead of 5-K. I think people sometimes tend to see having a red maneuver as worse than having no maneuver at all in analyzing a dial. Ya, I don't see why it wouldn't. Crane asks you to select a discarded card and SD tells you to discard it if you're hit by an attack, so I think you're good.

Go slow and make the most out of the first pass. Without a K-turn you MUST be thinking an extra turn ahead on how you're going to keep its gun in the fight. Unlike the Lambda you CAN get back to the fight, but ships with boost and especially barrel roll are going to be able to dodge your firing arc pretty well. I'm a huge fan of Major Stridan with Fleet Officer, Systems Officer, and Fire Control System. The action economy of that ship is just ridiculous. With a mini-swarm you may want Hux instead of whichever officer gives you focus tokens.
