As someone who doesn't play/belong on esea (or face it) servers. What does this mean? Obviously he can't play on their servers for 2 years, but does that really matter? Or is he banned from ESEA tournaments too? And what is ban evasion, already banned and playing under a different steam account?

It's probably a bug tbh. ESEA likes to randomly ban people sometimes. Could be as simple as someone being on the same IP as him who was banned.
