I gave up on taking any part of wrestling seriously (story, choreography, grand displays of lights causing electric meters to spin like tops) when I was about 15, but if it's on and it's ladie's night or whatever, sure I'll watch. Not a goddamn clue who is who anymore. I miss WCW days of Goldberg.

My PBS station has been running Ken Burns' Civil War on marathon tonight and I'm remembering why I love Ken Burns' poo poo. Burns made a documentary about a guy we should all know and love but don't, Horatio Nelson Jackson. The first person to drive across the country (San Fran to NYC). On a $50 bet. With a bicycle mechanic and a dog. It's amazing and you should all kill 100 minutes and watch it. Think it's called Horatio's Drive.
