i need some time in case i am not reading the messages around then, i might only see it later on. That's why I said almost right away. usually my #1 thing about my own team, to me personally, is leaving room for error. Some teams need more and some need less but if you leave enough room for error you usually go to the super bowl and win it from time to time

Well the guy I really want is Dick Vermeil. Look what he did with the Rams in 99 and then with the Chiefs. But he's 80. Billick can probably go for a few years. You can think I'm crazy but remember this after we lost that game against the Colts in 2006 playoffs I was mr. Fire Billick and everyone called me crazy. But then 2007 happened and everyone admitted he had to go. I thought he had to go. But every time I listen to Billick talk about his run in Baltimore I see a guy who knows where he went right and where he went wrong. And when I heard him talk about Boller he knew exactly what he did wrong there. The ONLY reason Billick is no longer here is because of Boller. That's it. In fact if it hadn't been for the Boller thing I guarantee you Billick is still coaching here, unless he decided to walk away for whatever reason. Say what you will about him but we developed a lot of great talents over those years. Jamal Lewis, Todd Heap, Terrell Suggs, Ed Reed, Haloti Ngata, Bart Scott to name a few. If Billick really does understand why he was wrong in pushing the team to draft Boller then he can come back. And we should welcome him. But I don't know he will want to  A guy like Harbaugh is a curse. And if you let him fester he will curse this team for decades to come. Bisciotti wants this team to be like the Steelers and have one coach for several decades. That works if you find the right guy and Harbaugh isn't that right guy. Harbaugh is a big crony guy. But look at Billick he fired his best friend Jim Fassel partway through the 2006 season. He did that on his own. Harbaugh needs to lose to the Redskins so Bisciotti gets mad to make changes.
