People don't expect to get social security and thus start rumbling about not wanting to pay into it at all anymore, get rid of it. the same will occur with medicare if we let that casual language be used anywhere near our very much endangered entitlements. not that they aren't likely already ruined beyond repair after Trump's done in Washington.
