the call of the brotherhood change has sort of killed my touch of anguish phys -> lightning -> cold lightning strike build. I mean it still works, just not with 100% conversion. don't know if im being anal about that last bit of lightning damage not being converted or if i should just make it cheaper, drop the CotBs and go for Frost Blades instead... which is much less safer and probably slower to kill on bosses. Still going with Scorching Ray, Searing Bond & RF iron will Inquis for league starter anyway

Yeah I think I'm going to do obliteration BV berserker and maybe get the scourge or breath of the council plus lioneye's shield on weapon swap for guardians/ shaper. Gonna grab the extra curse on the tree to run vulnerability+temp chains or enfeeble+ temp chains. I could use cospri's but the new cherrubim's looks better overall actually aside from hexproof maps

Think I've now decided on Ice Crash Inquisitor. Should be fairly cheap to put together and I was looking at doing something with Hegemony's anyway. Watch as I change my mind tomorrow.

Hm. 15% cold pen on the melee helps the issues Frost Blades tends to have with single target, especially if you take the phys to cold conversion nodes and make it pure cold damage. Still not sure it's actually worthwhile, but that is nice. e: oh right you can use 2, that's a lot!
