"Look, I'm sure some of you are in contact with the Russian embassy, so be careful what you ask for," he warned. Probably in its history man. We are in seriously uncharted territory, and since the GOP has been shamelessly gerrymandering for years, has been progressively ramping up their attacks on the D's to the point of eight loving years of holding the country to ransom unless they get their way... it's not outside the realm of possibility anymore. Current event PSA: it's been said before, but not recently. Anybody who has a .gov, .mil, or .edu email can subscribe to the Washington Post for free. Create an account, take a look at your user page, and select the ".gov, .mil, .edu: Get free access" under the subscriptions tab. NOTE: this is NOT the verify email option on your main account page. WaPo military/gov/student includes access to their mobile apps.

Anyone with a .mil email address can also get the New York Times digest for free, a daily 10-page collection of the NY Times' top stories, editorials, and sports reporting. It can be received as a daily email, or can be accessed through the Times' webpage. Here's the signup page:

This thread moves so fast I might have missed someone else linking it, but EPA head Scott Pruitt used a personal email account for government business, then lied to the Senate about it.

I'll give them to my nephew in exchange for him cashing them out for me and I'll take 50%.

They cost me very little money to obtain, an online buddy had hundreds of coins and was just like here's 10 bitcoins gimme $100 on PayPal. This was all a very goddamn long time ago.

My nephew will be more motivated than me to cash them, he wants to buy a used truck when he turns 16 in May.

Plus he's uber smart with this tech poo poo.

It would probably be easy to cash out via major legitimate exchanges (e.g. Coinbase, Bitstamp) as long as you can explain where the money to buy them came from/how you got them/ and who you are. Many exchanges are unscrupulous scammers, but many of the complaints are from people who acquired their bitcoin via illegal activity and so either can't explain where the money came from or don't want to connect their identity to their bitcoins.

If you succeed, post in the bitcoin thread so you can be remembered as a goon bitcoin success story.

I'm still not sold on this Russia thing as much as a lot of others are. Clinton was under investigation for a long time by FBI and nothing came of it, what if this is all for naught and then the media loses what trust they had left and the resistance basically dies.

Until some REAL proof comes out we don't know anything, and American media is quick to jump on stuff cause of ratings. Not like they have enabled some lovely stuff in the past (looking at you WaPo and NYT)

Sessions being some Russian collaborator seems far fetched to me. But the amount of people who were screaming about Benghazi and Emails but immediately dismiss any Russian poo poo as fake news is exasperating. Especially with more shady types like Flynn and Manafort.

Like there are still people saying "where's the evidence?!" regarding the very idea of Russia making a conscious effort to interfere with the campaigns. I understand skepticism of collusion, and I don't buy the "Clinton won if not for Russia" camp. I can't imagine how you get to the point of refusing to acknowledge that Russia played a part, though.
