Congrats. I'm stuck in the shithole through April because I'm terrible at planning poo poo out. On the plus side, they seem to be waiving the month-to-month fee this time around as a lure to get me to re-sign. It's not going to work. Rents seem to be slumping right now though, which is good because it's ridiculous around here.
