I like that they are "retconning" ME3. While I really enjoyed solving ancient galactic problems like the genophase and geth, it is a more interesting setting when those problems exist and give rise to tensions that can create dramatic events.Enigmatic Cakelord posted:Spoilers in video (as in game footage), information on the other arks and missing species. Hahaha oh man I know it's not a big deal but you can tell from the video that these writers have never even had one physics class. "We ran into a cloud of concentrated dark energy!" "We flew into a thunderstorm!" (That should have been obvious from space, why did you do that?) "Acceleration increasing!" the perfect computer notes, as the PC freefalls through the atmosphere. Expect nonsense technobabble throughout.

If it's something we can do today then it's something they could do in a futuristic setting. Like having the Pathfinder team running around scanning things. gently caress off, they'd have drones for that/it'd be completely automated.

My last trilogy run is almost finished. Glad it's ending right before Andromeda's release. I wish Leviathan and Omega DLC were better, still shocked Omega didn't give you Omega as a small hub to run around. This game looks like it's going to be a blast. I hope the thread fills up with ME comics like old game threads did.

You know you can't trust probes to do a good job; their kind has always been lazy and shiftless. I'm no racist, but even I know element zero yields always come back a little "under expected parameters" when a probe is sent out for the survey. Send a human out when you want a job done right, that's all I'm saying. #Cerberus

I just finished the entire trilogy for the first time. ME3 was such a letdown after ME2, at one point in the middle of my ME3 play through I loaded up ME2 to try being renegade and I think I enjoyed that hour or two of repeated dialogue more than what I had played so far in the third game. I almost abandoned it but The Citadel DLC gave me enough strength to finish the game. I'm pretty sure I'll buy Andromeda, even with Bioware weird story choices the gameplay and the characters are probably going to be enjoyable enough to warrant playing it at least once. lunar detritus fucked around with this message at 18:58 on Mar 14, 2017 |

I remember him having this douchey look on his face as he hopped off the turret and the somber music wound back up so he could continue his tearful farewells.
