I think it's a cute piece but I really don't like the placement; I have rarely seen tattoos on/across the upper chest area like that one that I've thought was a good decision.

Given the eyes, I find it hard to believe this wasn't intentional.

I mean, surely you can line up the eyes when they are only a few cm apart, and if you are that bad an artist that you cant, surely your mates would know and not let you tattoo their chests.
