They aren't going to say "this deportation isn't working, so let's try civil unrest." If they propose something more severe (I don't want to invoke Godwin's law buuuuuut...) I imagine it would be stopped either through courts or protests/civil unrest. But the administration suggesting something like interning all muslims or immigrants is a box that I don't want to open and a slope that I don't want to go down.
