That's not to pass judgment on the morality of that role, or whether using her that way is appropriate, but it's hard to say that NJPW used her all that differently or worse than anyone else does.

He wasn't intentionally doing it, and it was kind of partially that he thought her phone was stolen rather than hacked, but I would be surprised it he didn't get some heat for the way he was presenting his argument.

I think he was more trying to explain the perspective the company might have. At any rate, I thought it was Brad Maddox's poo poo that got hacked, not Paige's? Him thinking it was stolen was pretty dumb but hopefully he will correct/retract when he's not all hepped up on PWG. Trying to create a narrative that his main opinion is "It's a bad situation, feel bad for Paige, not sure what WWE will do but if they punish her and not Xavier/bring back Hogan it's a bad look." All while avoiding the details of the tape. He was wrong about a key detail but the handling of the story was rather good until Bryan said to google it.
