Latest chatter is that they're still adding bullshit to the healthcare bill. https://twitter.com/jenhab/status/844668927095590912 A hilarious side-effect is that they might raise deficits in the new CBO score, so it would cost money to enact the bill. That's a problem, because the Senate literally couldn't consider that bill under reconciliation rules (which this bill would be, which means only 50-votes needed), because reconciliation bills by definition CANNOT raise the deficit. Even then, four Senators have already come out as no-votes. One senator is also out indefinitely due to back surgery, so Republicans can only lose two. They've really hosed themselves.
