what if I have people in different costumes? like Morgana in the Raidou set, Anne in the P4 set, etc. Will it randomize the music or will I only get the additional music if everyone is in the matching costume?

MC outfit decides music, you can mix and match the rest and not worry about it, but you should hope the MC has an outfit you like if you want his music because keeping him as a thief is just gonna keep the main battle theme.

Because Atlus learned what they could do with DLC as of Arena.

No, you get a school bag and cat plush though. What would a season pass for P5 be about anyways? DLC is all costumes.

Because games have gotten more and more expensive to make over time, and everyone would flip their poo poo if the MSRP went up by another 5 or 10 USD (or local equivalent). Prices in the US haven't even kept up with inflation.

You're suggesting games retail for 120+ dollars? Like a disk and a case?

Final fantasy 3 was the most expensive game I got in the 90s. It was 80 bucks.

What's that with inflation today?

$50 games in 1996 (when Persona was released) are $77.63 and the $60 titles are now 93.16. Budget $45 titles would now be $69.87

the best thing about suikoden and suikoden 2 (and definitely not about 3-5) is the exact opposite of the thing they're bitching about in persona; those games are short and quick to the point. it gives them a lot of replayability and it's a smart choice w/ the 108 character thing and how you can fail to recruit a few dozen of them.

so that dumb block actually makes a sort of sense, except for the screen being for the wrong game.

and also a game starting slow or being long isn't a good or bad thing, it's just a thing.
