Think it just increases your Charm if you do well though, so it's not that big of a deal.

Is there any reason to use Yusuke in the second dungeon? His skill set seems bad when I have a Jack Frost that can already outperform him, and the three other Phantoms already have niches they comfortably fill.

He's sorta similar to Ryuji but instead of being tanky with big hits he focuses on being dodgy with AoE and multi-hit moves instead. He'll eventually get a passive to start battles with Auto-Sukukaja. If you find a persona with the crit buff move it is pretty nutty on Yusuke. I've basically kept him in my party since he was recruited because I have biases for weeb children and ice specialists but he's been really good. His main downfall is being squishy as hell and basically being reliant on the ability to dodge.
