KF definitely feels over-engineered to me, it's a fun raid with a good team, but the barrier is a bit higher compared to the others. They could have cut the length down a little too. Halve the ship jumping puzzle, remove the maze, reduce the starting statues, cut the totem encounter by a third. Who knows, maybe Bungie did make changes to KF for AOT and we don't know about them yet. WoTM is proof that you can make a decent raid without being long as gently caress.

I beat my head against a wall for two and a half hours with a the100 group last night on a single Atheon checkpoint and all we got to show for it was a normal kill when the majority of the group gave up on the challenge.  Guess I'll try again in a month when nobody plays this.

Jesus. After doing the challenge last night I'm not sure I could go back to the normal way. When we finally downed Atheon it went very smooth. Also LMAO at the lfg guy telling us "we might end up on Reddit" because of the challenge glitch that we encountered.

And more importantly, the post RoI IB weapons look like poop compared to the nice looking stuff like Nirwen's Mercy and that one sidearm. Also protip for game devs (this goes for Mass Effect Andromeda also) don't add cool bayonets to my weapons if you aren't going to give me a cool weapon melee animation to go with it. It's always a tremendous letdown.
