I'm not a huge fan of Makoto's link. Makoto herself is real cool and great, but her link isn't enough about her like Yusuke's is for example. There's a bunch of directions you could have taken it, considering how fleshed out she is compared to many other characters in the entire Persona series, but I'm not sure the way they chose for her S.Link is all too good. Haven't got the rank 10 just yet though. Waiting for a good slot to pop up to go there from 9.

i'm kinda with you, though I'm only on Rank 4 or 5. Her Link has been totally fine, but nothing really blowing me away. Honestly my favorite moments with her are plot scenes, and aside from her sick bike stunts, nothing is affirming me that oh i HAVE to date her. Nothing's really affirming me that I have to date ANYONE so far tbh, there's just a lotta hot people in this game

If Makoto's S.Link was about how she deals with having to interact with another person, it should have been more about the stress her relationship with her sister is under, because we know who her sister is and as someone experiencing the story, we have a degree of investment in Sae, even if we're not really supposed to like her all too much because of the story's framing. I don't really care about Eiko or Tsuwhatever he's called. If you're dating multiple people you can pick which one to spend time with.

Also one thing I didn't like in the endgame scenes was how they pulled the same scene with Ryugi and Morgana 'dying' then just comimg back with no real fanfare. Especially Morgana's scene because he just fucks off for two months for no other reason than to be a little drama queen

Still hoping the P5 remake will have the ex dungeon be on valentines day with the palace being Joker's. Makoto is all upset about Tsubasa but I'm pretty sure the MC going around with 9 girls at once is much worst than him in a few years
