Snorkels are pretty common on vehicles with 4WD in Australia but it turns out those fireys hosed up when they misjudged the height of a signpost which made them think the water was much shallower than it turned out to be. They got into a bit of poo poo over that and the driver was banned from driving in future.

I regularly pass trucks filled with liquid bitumen which are only bad for the smell of the kerosene burner and the sulphur smell that goes with it. Most other trucks are either petrol, sulphuric acid or fly ash from the power plants that they put into concrete

The current batch has been in there 48 hours, a new record. This is stuff they put in the free snack/drink fridge when there is room.
